Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for End-to-End recruitment.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting practices.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media and Job portals such as LinkedIn/Naukri/indeed etc.
- Interview candidates to access their basic technical knowledge.
- Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for different IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with various online interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom and Google).
- Provide candidates feedback and suggestions to the reporting manager
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing and hiring Technology, Software Support, Digital marketing, Business Development, Client Relations profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
