Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
  • Day-to-day account management and development.
  • Source and work customer referrals.
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.


Qualifications
  • A self-motivator driven for growth and success.
  • Working knowledge of online marketing including content marketing, SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC and social media.
  • A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency and a high level of energy.
  • A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
