1. Collaborate closely with the Canadian Onsite Team to enhance sales and recruit realtors.
2. Drive sales growth through the recruitment of realtors.
3. Effectively manage provided leads by conducting cold calls.
4. Conduct online research to identify and obtain contact details of realtors when leads are insufficient, and initiate cold calling as necessary.
5. Set up a process for vetting new realtors that is scalable and ensures each realtor meets our criteria.
6. Collect the candidate details and prepare the contracts in accordance with the specified requirements.
7. Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from the applicants to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private and confidential.
8. Find new talent for our sales team’s success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.

1. Superb time management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, and any other regional language is a good to have)
3. Familiar with online job posting tools.
4. Coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada.
5. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, business development or related positions is preferable.
Location and Shift:
1. Remote / Infopark, Koratty, Kerala
2. Shift Time: 7.30 pm to 4.30am IST (Day shift in Canada: 9am to 6pm EST )
