  • 1. Collaborate closely with the Canadian Onsite Team to enhance sales and recruit realtors.
  • 2. Drive sales growth through the recruitment of realtors.
  • 3. Effectively manage provided leads by conducting cold calls.
  • 4. Conduct online research to identify and obtain contact details of realtors when leads are insufficient, and initiate cold calling as necessary.
  • 5. Set up a process for vetting new realtors that is scalable and ensures each realtor meets our criteria.
  • 6. Collect the candidate details and prepare the contracts in accordance with the specified requirements.
  • 7. Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from the applicants to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private and confidential.
  • 8. Find new talent for our sales team’s success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.

Requirements:

  • Requirements:
  • 1. Superb time management and organizational skills.
  • 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, and any other regional language is a good to have) 3. Familiar with online job posting tools.
  • 4. Coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada.
  • 5. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, business development or related positions is preferable.
  • Location and Shift: 1. Remote / Infopark, Koratty, Kerala 2. Shift Time: 7.30 pm to 4.30am IST (Day shift in Canada: 9am to 6pm EST )
