Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
Day-to-day account management and development.
Source and work customer referrals.
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.
Requirements:
A self-motivator drove growth and success.
A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy.
A proactive thinker who recognizes and understands our business strategy/direction.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development or related positions.
Candidate must be proficient in Hindi/Punjabi/Tamil/Telugu & English with technology sales experience.
Time: 6:00 pm to 3am IST
