Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Role and Responsibilities.
  • As a BDM you will drive end to end sales and client onboarding.
  • Cold Calling and Prospecting Make 60 to 80 outbound calls per day targeting real estate agents and brokerages in US and Canada.
  • Pitching and Presentations Deliver impactful product pitches websites CRM marketing services and highlight value propositions.
  • Demo Management Schedule conduct and close demos with prospective clients.
  • Lead Conversion Convert qualified leads into paying clients minimum 15 sign ups per month expected.
  • Client Retention Build strong client relationships upsell cross sell services and ensure renewals.
  • CRM Management Maintain lead pipelines track all activities and follow up consistently.
  • Market Insights Gather client objections competitor intelligence and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Someone who thrives on targets and is motivated by results.
  • Experience 2 plus years in outbound sales or business development for US or Canada clients SaaS or Real Estate experience preferred.
  • Skills Strong in cold calling product pitching negotiation and closing deals.
  • Language Proficiency.
  • English Mandatory spoken and written excellent communication required.
  • Knowledge of Hindi Tamil Telugu Kannada Malayalam or other regional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Personality Aggressive persuasive and energetic with excellent convincing power.
  • Performance Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Tech Savvy Familiar with CRM tools lead management and virtual demo platforms Zoom Meet.
  • Flexibility Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
