• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, screen, and select candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessments, reference checks, offer negotiation, offer release, and induction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including policy clarification, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining proper documentation for audits and legal purposes.
• Handle employee relations issues by conducting investigations into complaints, as well as organizing employee engagement activities and necessary training programs.
• Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, legal documents, policy documents, disciplinary actions, and performance-related reports.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
