Business Development Manager(Realtor Recruitment)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Canadian team to enhance sales and recruit realtors
Drive sales growth through effective realtor recruitment strategies
Manage and follow up on provided leads through cold calling
Conduct online research to identify potential realtors and obtain contact details when leads are insufficient
Develop and implement a scalable vetting process to ensure quality realtor onboarding
Collect candidate details and prepare contracts as per requirements
Maintain accurate and confidential records of applicants, interviews, and recruitment data
Identify and attract new talent through calls, emails, and other communication channels
Requirements:
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional languages is an added advantage
Familiarity with online job posting and sourcing tools
Ability to coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada and the US
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or related roles (preferred)
