Business Development Manager(Realtor Recruitment)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate closely with the Canadian team to enhance sales and recruit realtors
  •  Drive sales growth through effective realtor recruitment strategies
  •  Manage and follow up on provided leads through cold calling
  •  Conduct online research to identify potential realtors and obtain contact details when leads are insufficient
  •  Develop and implement a scalable vetting process to ensure quality realtor onboarding
  •  Collect candidate details and prepare contracts as per requirements
  •  Maintain accurate and confidential records of applicants, interviews, and recruitment data
  •  Identify and attract new talent through calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements:

  •  Strong time management and organizational skills
  •  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  •  Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional languages is an added advantage
  •  Familiarity with online job posting and sourcing tools
  •  Ability to coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada and the US
  •  1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or related roles (preferred)
