Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, Google Display Network, Facebook and More. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, targeting the right audience segments.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to develop data-driven marketing strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Creativity and Communication: Showcase a high level of creativity with experience in identifying target audiences. Devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A/B Testing: Plan and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting. Analyse A/B test results and adjust campaigns accordingly for continuous improvement. Plan new landing page and creatives based on the results from A/B testing.
  • Budget Management: Manage digital advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources. Identify cross-channel opportunities for remarketing campaigns. Plan marketing funnels to bring better ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4-year experience in Digital Marketing along with Paid ad experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Search and Display Ads, as well as Facebook campaigns. Experience with Housing Ad Category is a plus.
  • Plan and execute App download campaigns.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools and experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
